The thing that sets L & K Cleaning apart from other providers in the area is that I, Craig (owner), am not afraid to get to the nit and gritty. I still take part in the cleaning. This keeps, maintains and exceeds what you expect in janitorial services.  Most of the owners of the cleaning companies in the the Indianapolis/surrounding area do not take part in the cleaning and some have no experience in the actual cleaning.

We are proud of being local and family-owned. Our crew is 100% W2'd employees who are authorized to work in the United States. We do not participate in underground labor trafficking to avoid paying taxes. We pay our people well, which is why we have little turn-over (unheard of in our industry). In fact, just like going above and beyond in the service you receive, we incentivize our employees with bonuses and annual raises.  These incentives are based are hard, meticulous work.

We do not outsource our contract our contracts to other providers.  We do not hire temps.  Employees are assigned to specific work sites.  This ensures clients and the employees of our clients feel safe with whom is in their business.  As a former probation officer, I know the importance of feeling safe.  Most of your time during the day is away from home and therefore you should comfortable in your home away from home.  All of our employees have completed background checks to ensure safety.

If you have read this far, you are probably considering making a change with your current provider.  I want you to consider this about your current experience/relationship with them ... how satisfied were you at 90 days?  This is usually the time-frame where logistics/needs/staffing are addressed/met.  Then, again at 180 days and 1 year.  If your provider isn't going above and beyond by this period then you need to make a change.  References from both clients and our employees are available.
