The bulk of our business is Class A, owner-occupied office space (think corporate HQs). Some clients have multiple locations (such as bank branches) with each location needing a different schedule of service based on need.
Some clients have heavy-use locations, requiring daily cleaning. Examples, corporate HQ's, sports and entertainment complexes and medical and dental offices. Other clients require 1x or 2x weekly service, and some clients work with us for one-time construction cleans, retail / restaurant grand openings or corporate move-in / move-out cleanings.
All of our clients have a direct line of communication with our owners. Some of our clients also prefer to address concerns with the team lead / crew manager directly. We run towards problems, not away from them. Talk to your crew manager. Talk to one of our owners. We'll get it fixed.
We also give our clients quarterly surveys to assess satisfaction. And we do the same with our employees who are working in your office. We want everyone to take pride of ownership in our partnership.
We'll set up our agreement to suit your needs. We have relationships with the large local janitorial suppliers and are happy to leverage those relationships on your behalf to provide equipment, paper supplies and chemicals. Or - if you prefer ordering and managing the supply, we can operate under that structure.
When we do provide equipment and supplies, there could be a pass-through cost that we'll transparently disclose so you know what you are paying for. Pass-through cost ranges from no-cost to 10% depending on the client.
We can get you a quick answer once our owner conducts a walk-thru to asses flooring surfaces, the number of bathrooms, the number of employees / customers using the facilities daily, the number of kitchenette facilities and special needs or requests you may have. Every quote is custom, designed to fit YOUR business in terms of frequency and services provided.

Cancellation Policy
Give us as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule. If you become a habitual canceler/rescheduler your Sparkle Master will find someone else who really loves and appreciates their work
