Relationships that Drive Results

When meeting business owners, I'm often asked what I love most about my business. For me, it's about relationships with my clients and my employees. Both are equally important. Earlier this month, a relatively new, multi-location credit union client told me that I'm the best commercial cleaning vendor they've had in the 30 years he's worked there. And last week, I had an employee tell me that their job at L&K Commercial Cleaning is the best they've ever had, and that I'm the best boss they've ever had.
Relationships drive my business. As my clients grow their real estate footprints, they trust my team and I to take care of their investments, creating new and expanded opportunities for my managers, crew leaders and members of my team. And all of those dollars stay right here in the State of Indiana, supporting our local economy.
As I meet with prospective clients, I encourage them to reach out to my references. I bring it up because it's not usually something that companies in my category want to offer. I ask prospective clients to talk to current clients, and employees about what it's like working with L&K.
I'm so proud of the business that I've built, serving other locally-minded businesses, large and small, who value relationships and a commitment to quality.
